Starting weights can be submitted up to 48 hours before the challenge begins and as late as 14 days after launch. No extensions for late entries – missing the initial verification leads to disqualification without refund. Note: your weight is never revealed without explicit permission, except privately to our review panel of Referees.
Weight loss goals for each round are calculated from your initial weigh-in:
Round 1 – Lose at least 3%
Round 2 – Lose at least 6% cumulatively
Round 3 – Lose at least 8% cumulatively
Round 4 – Lose at least 9% cumulatively
Round 5 – Lose at least 10% cumulatively (Mandatory Weigh-In)
Round 6 – Lose at least 10% cumulatively
*Note: In order to qualify for Round 6, participants must have lost at least 6% of their initial weight by the end of Round 5 (with a verified weigh-in at the end of Round 5). This is to ensure safe weight loss and prevent unhealthy sprints in the last round.
