When you are ready to cash out, we have a simple payout process with security features designed to protect your investment in your health.
To get started with a PayPal payout, visit your profile and tap the “Request payout” button underneath your balance. Enter the amount you want to cash out and leave behind any points you may need for upcoming games! Tap “Send money.”
Payouts are then placed in a security hold for 24 hours. When the time is up, an email with instructions for redeeming points is sent to the email used on your WayBetter account.
Tap the link in this email and log in to your WayBetter account to load our payout form. You can double-check your profile picture to verify you are in the right WayBetter account!
Enter your PayPal email address in each of the two boxes on the "Request payout" page. Do not copy and paste or use auto-fill to ensure you enter the address correctly. When you’re done, submit the request, and your payout will be processed within 7 days of confirming your PayPal email address.
Payouts are primarily processed Monday - Friday so there can be a delay on weekends.

WayBetter offers check payouts by request. A $15 processing fee is assessed, and you and your bank must be located in the U.S. Email support@waybetter.com to start the check request process.
