WayBetter takes user privacy and preferences seriously and promptly honors all account deletion requests.
To submit a deletion request, visit your player profile in the lower right-hand corner of the WayBetter or DietBet app and tap “Delete account.” You will be prompted to enter a reason for deleting the account. After typing a response, tap “Continue.”
Please read the remaining information displayed in the app carefully as an account deletion request does not automatically end membership or provide refunds.
Before submitting a request, ensure all memberships are canceled, all games have ended, and any payouts requested were received. These items cannot be restored or removed after an account is deleted.
