While syncing games like Walk It Off require a tracker to send your stats to WayBetter, we have a wide selection of games that require photo submissions to validate your activities.
If a step challenge sounds fun, your iPhone or an Android device with Google Fit or Samsung Health can log your activity daily. When you hit your goal, you can submit a screenshot to games like 5K Steps a Day. Similarly, Build Muscle to Burn Fat or Work Out This Way ask for a screenshot showing your workout stats or a sweaty selfie to document your efforts.
For many of our games, you can mix and match your favorite workouts and routines to meet the stated goals. Pilates one day and kickboxing the next is 100% fine. We want you to be successful on your weight loss journey, and sometimes that means having the latitude to pick the exercise type that works for your body on the day you are submitting. And no worries – our games have rest days built in for recovery time.
Nutrition
Monitoring nutrition is often a critical component of weight loss, and we have options to help you keep tabs. Whether you prefer tolog calories or want to focus on mindful eating, there is a challenge waiting for you.
