The journal guides you through a series of quick, simple questions designed to help you reflect on how you did over the past week and set new goals for the upcoming week. You can easily see the previous week's goal, as well as older entries, which can help you keep track of your progress and understand what factors help you succeed. You can control whether your journal is public or private in your settings.
