We understand how challenging it is to not have access to your usual foods, workout spaces, and routine, but we are so proud of our players for remaining committed to their goals. In times like these, we have to adjust and do the best we can.
Our team and community members have been sharing ideas to reach step goals and to keep moving. We’ve compiled them here in hopes they help others. Some ideas for getting steps in a non-traditional way include:
● A workout video at home (Zumba videos on YouTube can lead to thousands of steps!). Here are
some other fun ideas:

● Walk outside in a non-crowded place or park (if you can - we recognize that's not necessarily
possible depending on where you are). If you have a dog, it’s a great exercise for them too!
● Some players report that they have been walking up and down their driveways to get steps in; it's a
little more isolated but it's also at least outside! Put in some headphones and listen to a podcast or
music to make it more interesting
● Focus on the healthy habits you CAN control and consider planning out your schedule for each
day - When will you make time for exercise? What will you eat? Write out your daily goals and hold
yourself accountable!
In addition to these tips, we are also working on some fun new Member challenges here:
