Trial Cancellation: Trial members can cancel at any time from the Membership page in the app. Please cancel before your trial ends to avoid getting charged.*
Membership Refunds: You can cancel and receive a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid membership by emailing support@waybetter.com. At that time, you will also be removed from any additional ongoing WayBetter services (games/financial commitments) you’ve opted into.*
Results Guarantee: If you aren't happy with your results after six months of membership, we'll refund your membership fees! All we require is that you try our app and give it your best shot. To qualify for the results guarantee, you must play in a game every month for the duration of your subscription period. You must also submit a weigh-in to the app every month for the duration of your subscription period. To request a "results guaranteed" refund email support@waybetter.com within 7 days after your membership ends.*
*Per Apple and Google's policies, which extends to all of their apps, we're unable to affect, in any way, billing via the App/Play Store and can't directly issue a refund to you.
