WayBetter players are our best defense against bad actors. If you see a submission that doesn’t fit the rules of the game, let us know by flagging the submission in the app. Please do not email customer service to flag a suspicious submission.
To flag a suspicious submission, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the post.
You can also alert us to players bullying, trolling, or posting inappropriate content this way. If you see unsportsmanlike behavior in an area that does not have these three dots, emailing us is the right move.
To report an inappropriate post or comment, email us at support@waybetter.com. Send us a screenshot of the exchange along with a screenshot of the player’s profile. You can expand a player’s profile by tapping on their name or photo in the game feed.
