First of all, congrats! You made a financial commitment on yourself and won!
When you complete a challenge, it may take a few days for the results to finalize. This gives other players a chance to finish up and our team time to calculate your winnings. No adjustments can be made to the game results after a game has been finalized.
Once your game is finalized, you’ll see your winnings in your account in the form of points. Each point is worth $1 USD.
You can find this section by tapping on your name in the lower right corner of the app. Select Points & payouts to see your winnings. You can request a payout or save your points and use them in your next game.
If you’d like to cash in your points, you can request a payout from the Points & payouts screen. We transfer your money via PayPal. We do not credit your winnings back to a credit card.

To request a payout of your points via the app - please open the app and click the profile person icon on the bottom right-hand side. It will look like this:
Please click that icon and then click "points & payouts." Then select “Request a payout via PayPal.”
24-hours later, you will be emailed a link to complete the payout process. The email will be coming from waybetter@info.waybetter.com. The subject is Action Required for Your WayBetter Payout.
Before you click on it, please open up a browser page on your phone and log into www.waybetter.com, then come back and click the link. Once your PayPal email has been entered your payout will enter the queue to be processed and you should see it in your account within a week (but usually sooner!)
Paypal's extensive security measures allow us to provide our valued players with a secure, fair, and efficient payout process. For extra security, we may ask players to provide a valid government ID that matches their WayBetter and PayPal account details.
NOTE: if your PayPal account email does not match your WayBetter account email, you can expect to see a confirmation email to the email address associated with your WayBetter account. This will come from waybetter@info.waybetter.com.
Our goal is to issue payouts within 7 days of confirming your PayPal email address. However, failure to confirm your request can delay the payout process. Note: payouts are primarily processed Monday - Friday so there can be a delay on weekends.
