If you need to leave a game, email us at support@waybetter.com. You can receive a refund for that game (no questions asked) within 3 days of the game’s start date (some games have longer refund periods, refer to your game page for details). If you joined a game after it was in progress, the refund period is still calculated from the date the game started, not the date you joined.
Medical issues and refunds
Special exceptions MAY be made after the refund period for verified medical reasons. Send us an email with official documentation of your situation, and we’ll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
