If you need to leave a game, email us at support@waybetter.com. You can receive a refund for that game (no questions asked) within 3 days of the game’s start date (some games have longer refund periods, refer to your game page for details). If you joined a game after it was in progress, the refund period is still calculated from the date the game started, not the date you joined.
Special exceptions MAY be made after the refund period for verified medical reasons. Send us an email with documentation of your situation, and we’ll consider refunds on a case by case basis.
To keep things fair for winning players, no refunds will be made after the game ends. No exceptions.
