WayBetter is about building healthy habits at a sustainable pace. If your weight loss goals are ambitious, we’ll often break the big goal down into smaller, achievable milestones. This helps keep people from burning out or getting overwhelmed (we’ve all been there). This doesn’t mean you can’t have that final goal weight in mind, we’re just starting with a healthy and accessible target.
Please Note: If your goal weight is below the CDC’s recommended BMI (based on height), you may also see a warning. We do not recommend starting a weight loss program if you are already near or below an 18.5 BMI.
