Unfortunately, we can’t be of much help if your phone is MIA or acting up since it’s unfair to the other players to change the pot size after the game is underway.
- We do not reverse disqualifications caused by uncharged, broken, unsynced, lost, or stolen devices.
- If your phone or tracker fails to upload your photos, videos, or activities, they will not be counted.
- We can not accommodate players who forget to start or stop their device.
Please Note: Your operating system must be Android 5.0 or Apple iOS 11.0 (or newer) for the app to be fully functional. To see which operating system your phone uses, check the About, About Device, or Android Version section of your phone’s settings.
